We’re proud to announce the successful sale of the Suncani portfolio in Hvar, Croatia. The transaction was completed in collaboration between Cushman & Wakefield and our colleagues at CBS International Croatia. The portfolio includes 10 hotels with 1,121 rooms, featuring iconic assets like Palace Elisabeth. Congratulations to the seller, CPI Property Group, and to the buyer, Eagle Hills, on acquiring this exceptional resort collection. This deal reaffirms strong investor interest in resort hotels, and Cushman & Wakefield remains a trusted advisor in this growing segment.
A well-known fashion brand Sinsay, managed by the Polish clothing manufacturer LPP, has become popular among consumers of Croatia, after entering the market in 2014.
CBS International Croatia Retail Team assisted Sinsay in locating the proper retail space, which spreads over 850 sq m in Zabok town.
